Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide exceptional service and support.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of company products and services to assist clients effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales/service targets.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Assist in training new hires and participating in team meetings.
