Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a steady stream of phone calls, emails, and live chat requests during night hours with a focus on quality and speed.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Troubleshoot customer concerns and resolve technical or logistical issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Data Accuracy: Log all customer interactions and transaction details accurately into our CRM systems to ensure seamless handovers to day shifts.
- Process Management: Process orders, returns, and account updates using our proprietary logistics software.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to address any urgent escalations or pending items.
- Feedback Implementation: Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the night shift experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated entry-level candidates.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM) including weekends and holidays.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a patient, problem-solving mindset.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the Albuquerque facility.
