Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 phone, chat, and email client support during night shift hours
- Document client interactions and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with global team using CRM systems
- Adhere to quality assurance metrics and SLAs
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
- Monitor system alerts and escalate critical issues
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – open to all backgrounds
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM)
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
