Responsibilities
- Architect Zero Trust Frameworks: Design and implement scalable security architectures that eliminate the concept of trust within the network perimeter.
- AI Integration: Leverage machine learning algorithms to predict and neutralize cyber threats before they materialize.
- Quantum Cryptography: Develop and deploy post-quantum cryptographic solutions to future-proof our data against quantum computing attacks.
- Blockchain Security: Oversee secure smart contract auditing and decentralized identity management systems.
- Red Teaming: Lead advanced penetration testing exercises in simulated environments to identify vulnerabilities in real-time.
- Policy Development: Establish comprehensive security governance policies that align with ISO 27001 and NIST standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CEH are mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of AI/ML in security, blockchain protocols, and quantum-resistant cryptography.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strategic vision, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
