Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for autonomous systems.
- Lead the migration to next-generation quantum computing protocols and edge AI.
- Define the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap and ensure architectural integrity.
- Optimize deep learning models for high-performance inference on distributed clusters.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and scalability in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models at scale.
- Strong understanding of reinforcement learning, NLP, and generative AI models.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
