Responsibilities
- Architect and train cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise scalability and 2026-era latency requirements.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation algorithms to solve unsolved problems in neural network efficiency and explainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product designers to deploy AI solutions.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to open-source communities to push the boundaries of AI.
- Optimize neural network architectures for real-time inference on edge devices and massive distributed clusters.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for the AI department.
- Identify emerging trends in AI to keep QuantumLeap at the forefront of industry innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning principles, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and "blue sky" thinking.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with a focus on delivery.
