Responsibilities
- Attend and actively participate in all paid training sessions covering clinical and administrative duties
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures under supervision
- Perform vital signs measurements and basic clinical tasks
- Manage patient scheduling and electronic health records (EHR)
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical instruments
- Provide exceptional patient care and customer service
- Complete all training modules and certification requirements
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior medical experience necessary - training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn EHR systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain during training
