Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive 12-week paid training program covering clinical procedures, medical terminology, and HIPAA compliance
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and basic clinical procedures
- Perform vital signs checks and patient preparation
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems accurately
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize medical equipment
- Schedule appointments and handle patient correspondence
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong desire to pursue healthcare career
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn EHR systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
