Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms
- Create compelling content including blog posts, social media copy, and email newsletters
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare monthly reports for stakeholders
- Manage brand social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to increase engagement
- Coordinate with graphic designers and external vendors for campaign assets
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Support SEO initiatives including keyword research and on-page optimization
- Track marketing budgets and assist with expense reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of professional marketing experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, and HubSpot
- Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and content management systems
- Portfolio demonstrating content creation and campaign examples
