Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms
- Create compelling content including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
- Assist with SEO optimization and keyword research to improve organic search rankings
- Coordinate with design team to produce promotional materials and visual assets
- Manage CRM database and maintain accurate customer segmentation
- Support event planning and execution for local marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience with campaign execution
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social media management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Valid New Mexico driver's license for occasional local event support
