Responsibilities
- Lead the Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry innovation.
- System Design: Architect high-availability, distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Technical Innovation: Research and integrate bleeding-edge technologies, including quantum computing interfaces and advanced neural networks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and security experts to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee security architecture to ensure absolute data integrity and compliance with US federal standards.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and maximize throughput across all global infrastructure nodes.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- AI & ML: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and their integration into core systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative and scalable solutions.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- US Citizenship: Must be a US citizen or permanent resident eligible for security clearance.
