Responsibilities
- Define and implement the high-level architecture for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead technical decision-making regarding cloud infrastructure, microservices, and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Research) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct code reviews and architecture audits to maintain high standards of software quality and security.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven track record of designing systems that handle high concurrency and massive data throughput.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and model deployment (MLOps) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
