As a key member of our elite engineering team, you will collaborate with cross-functional squads to deploy cutting-edge solutions that redefine user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and drive the technical vision for our core infrastructure, ensuring alignment with the 2026 product roadmap.
- System Design: Design scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling millions of transactions with zero downtime.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing interfaces) to enhance our competitive advantage.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead code reviews and mentor junior architects and developers to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization to reduce latency and costs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering and systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java and strong proficiency in Cloud Architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Containerization: Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Database Mastery: Advanced knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
