Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the end-to-end technical architecture for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Design: Develop robust distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data throughput and ultra-low latency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of excellence, code review, and continuous improvement.
- Infrastructure Strategy: Lead the migration and optimization of cloud infrastructure, selecting the right stack for future-proofing our applications.
- Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks and technical debt early, implementing strategies to mitigate risks before they impact production.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Core Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or C++; extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native services (AWS/GCP).
- AI/ML Integration: Strong understanding of integrating machine learning models into real-time production systems.
