Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading architectural roles.
- Proven expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Quantum Computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, and high-performance computing.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
