Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms tailored for generative AI and complex problem-solving tasks.
- Lead the architectural strategy for hybrid classical-quantum computing environments.
- Mentor and guide a team of high-performing engineers and researchers in quantum mechanics and software development.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic requirements into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Identify and evaluate emerging quantum hardware technologies to optimize system performance.
- Establish best practices for security, scalability, and reliability in quantum systems.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in software engineering and leading technical teams.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Deep understanding of machine learning models and their translation to quantum states.
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems in high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
