Responsibilities
- Architect scalable systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, high-performance architecture for our 2026 roadmap.
- Lead technical strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap in collaboration with product management and engineering leadership.
- Cloud & DevOps leadership: Drive the migration and optimization of our cloud infrastructure using industry-leading best practices.
- Team mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and data scientists to integrate emerging technologies seamlessly.
- Risk management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural bottlenecks before they impact product delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI Integration: Strong understanding of integrating AI/ML models into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and make high-stakes architectural decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-level executives.
