Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global technology innovation roadmap with measurable impact metrics
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops to identify emerging paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Produce foresight reports for C-suite clients on disruptive market opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and World Economic Forum
- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable futures
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation architects
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and UN Innovation Forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future technology planning
- Proven track record of influencing enterprise-level 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major media outlets
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives implemented
