- Develop and implement long-term strategic foresight frameworks targeting 2026+ horizons
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to align future-proof product development
- Represent company vision at global industry forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor futurist talent and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and geopolitical dynamics
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published thought leadership in recognized industry publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience scaling foresight functions in enterprise environments
