Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive future-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive trends through 2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for anticipated market shifts
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and predictive models for stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies with measurable KPIs
- Champion a culture of proactive innovation across all organizational levels
- Advise leadership on ethical implications of emerging technologies and societal impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 12+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
