- Produce monthly trend briefings quantifying emerging risks and opportunities
- Architect innovation pipelines integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions for client pilots
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for 2026 workforce models
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on disruption preparedness
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS preferred)
