Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-performance, scalable AI systems for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to translate research into production-ready code.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for the engineering department.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews and technical deep-dives to ensure system integrity and security.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
