Responsibilities
- Architect Grand-Scale Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of complex, distributed systems architectures focused on future-proof scalability and quantum-resistant security protocols.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, translating abstract future concepts into concrete engineering specifications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation, critical thinking, and rapid prototyping.
- Quantum-Traditional Hybrid Integration: Oversee the integration of emerging quantum computing paradigms with classical cloud infrastructure to optimize processing power.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous security frameworks and ensure all system architectures adhere to future-ready ethical AI guidelines and data sovereignty laws.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary technical liaison between executive leadership and engineering teams, articulating complex architectural decisions clearly.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Physics, or a related field, with a focus on distributed systems or AI.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and apply them to current product development cycles.
