Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI researchers, product managers, and legal) to translate long-term strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the team.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their viability for integration into our core platforms.
- Mentor senior engineers and provide technical leadership to foster a culture of innovation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and AI/ML infrastructure.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
