Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the design and deployment of scalable AI systems and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing).
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Oversee system reliability, security, and performance benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Architecture, or Product Development.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Expert knowledge of Python, Go, or Rust, with deep experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing fundamentals and future applications.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
