What You'll Do:
As the Lead Architect, you will bridge the gap between research and production, ensuring our systems are robust, efficient, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for Project 2026, focusing on scalability and high availability.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI engineers, data scientists, and backend developers.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure adherence to best practices in cloud-native development and DevOps.
- Implement advanced security protocols and data governance frameworks for sensitive AI models.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and technical architecture reviews to ensure code quality and system integrity.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI technologies and integrate them into our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience with MLOps tools and data pipeline technologies (Airflow, Kafka, Spark).
