- Architect and implement scalable systems designed to meet the demands of the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in defining the technical vision for future product lines.
- Conduct high-level research into emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Advanced AI Integration) and evaluate their viability.
- Establish best practices for security, scalability, and operational excellence across the organization.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate long-term strategic goals into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of system design patterns and scalability principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and their integration into enterprise architectures is highly preferred.
