Responsibilities
- Define the architectural vision and technical strategy for the 2026 Future Tech Initiative.
- Design and implement high-scale, distributed systems using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, including AI and quantum-ready frameworks.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance under extreme load.
- Drive best practices in code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale distributed systems projects.
- Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, and message queues.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure or future-tech stack development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
