Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, robust AI architectures specifically tailored for the operational needs of 2026, including Agentic AI workflows and advanced NLP processing.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead internal research projects to explore emerging technologies such as Quantum-Ready Algorithms and Human-in-the-Loop reinforcement learning.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technical roadmap for 'The 2026 Initiative,' ensuring our products remain 5-10 years ahead of the market curve.
- Optimize Model Performance: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI models to ensure zero-latency, high-accuracy performance in real-world scenarios.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops on the future of AI.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and roadmaps.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving unsolved problems in large-scale distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders and technical teams alike.
