Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Design and oversee the technical roadmap for our flagship AI products, ensuring they align with long-term strategic goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Predictive Modeling: Lead the development of advanced predictive algorithms that forecast market trends and user behaviors with high accuracy.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Select and implement cutting-edge technologies (e.g., LLMs, Neural Architectures, Edge AI) to drive innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate high-level strategies into executable technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior architects and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or software architecture, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think several years ahead and define technical roadmaps for future milestones.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
