Job Description
We are on the cusp of a technological revolution, and we are looking for a visionary Lead AI & Quantum Architect to spearhead our 2026 strategic roadmap. At Nexus Future Labs, we are building the infrastructure that will power the next generation of intelligent systems.
In this role, you will not just adapt to the future; you will define it. You will lead a high-performance team in developing hybrid quantum-classical algorithms, deploying scalable AI models, and architecting systems resilient enough to handle the computational demands of the coming decade.
If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is possible with Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the core infrastructure for our 2026 AI ecosystem, integrating quantum processing units (QPUs) with classical neural networks.
- Lead the design of scalable machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and quantum error correction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable product roadmaps.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and compliance with global data regulations.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on AI/ML and high-performance computing.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models and leading large-scale engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, optimization techniques, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
