Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum algorithms and AI models for enterprise applications.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and quantum engineers.
- Define the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap and key milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
