Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the architecture of hybrid AI/Quantum systems capable of processing exabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation machine learning models, ensuring scalability and energy efficiency.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and quantum engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Define technical roadmaps and standards for the company's transition to post-silicon computing.
- Ensure all systems comply with global data privacy and security regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or a related field (10+ years of experience).
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and cloud quantum services.
- Proven track record of leading architectural design for large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of neural network optimization and hardware acceleration.
