Responsibilities
- Architect High-Performance Systems: Design and implement scalable AI frameworks capable of integrating quantum computing principles for next-gen data processing.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product releases, ensuring our architecture remains ahead of the curve.
- Algorithm Development: Spearhead the research and development of proprietary quantum algorithms to solve complex optimization problems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Infrastructure Security: Oversee the security architecture of our data pipelines, ensuring compliance with future-proof standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 7+ years of software architecture experience, with at least 3 years specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Quantum Stack: Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or similar.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
