Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term product roadmap for AI initiatives leading up to the 2026 horizon.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging AI trends and competitive advantages.
- Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into core product ecosystems.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment to ensure compliance and safety.
- Present complex technical concepts to stakeholders and investors with clarity and vision.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Proven track record of successfully launching SaaS products or B2B AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of the Generative AI landscape, including LLMs, RAG, and Vector Databases.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (MBA is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced startup environment.
