Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Year 2026 AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Architect and optimize large-scale distributed systems for high-throughput AI inference and training.
- Lead the integration of emerging AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Multi-modal Models) into legacy enterprise stacks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Drive technical decision-making and mentor senior engineers within the organization.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and failure simulation to prepare systems for future demands.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in designing distributed systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and model versioning strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
