Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI frameworks designed for the 2026 technological roadmap.
- Lead research and development in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model ethics, and system security.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization of neural networks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Proven experience designing high-availability cloud systems (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or advanced edge computing.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and bias mitigation.
