What You Will Do:
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead a high-performing team of Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Optimize deep learning models for real-time inference and low-latency performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in Generative AI and Quantum computing integration.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model governance.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with legacy systems.
- Conduct code reviews and technical mentoring for junior developers.
- Drive the adoption of cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure) for AI workloads.
- Monitor system performance and implement strategies for fault tolerance and scalability.
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural decisions to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts.
