As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for designing robust architectures that can handle massive data streams while ensuring ethical AI deployment. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade applications, driving innovation that sets industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on efficiency and performance.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, evaluating and integrating cutting-edge technologies (e.g., LLMs, Computer Vision) into our core products.
- Strategic Planning: Define technical strategies and best practices to ensure compliance with security and ethical AI guidelines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-suite executives to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee the deployment of models on cloud platforms, optimizing for cost and latency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture leadership roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with big data technologies (Spark, Kafka).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience designing solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure, including Kubernetes and Docker.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and optimize performance under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
