Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructures capable of handling high-velocity data streams and complex autonomous workflows.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives into Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal agents, and reinforcement learning to stay ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
- MLOps Strategy: Establish best-in-class MLOps pipelines using modern tooling (Kubernetes, MLflow) to ensure rapid, reliable deployment of AI models.
- Technical Vision: Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, ensuring architectural integrity and long-term scalability.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in Software Engineering, with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus), RAG architectures, and semantic search technologies.
- Scalability: Proven track record of designing systems that scale to millions of users with sub-millisecond latency.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
