Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure designed for 2026 readiness, focusing on high-throughput inference and low-latency training.
- Lead the research and deployment of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents.
- Define technical strategies for integrating AI into complex enterprise systems, ensuring ethical AI practices and bias mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready solutions.
- Mentor a team of senior AI engineers and establish best practices for code quality and model governance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically tracking advancements in Quantum Computing and its intersection with AI for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models at scale.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
