Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core infrastructure for our 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on LLMs, RAG architectures, and autonomous agents.
- Lead a team of brilliant engineers in R&D projects aimed at achieving AGI readiness and high-performance inference.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model deployment, MLOps, and system observability.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric, high-value features.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure system stability, scalability, and security.
- Drive the adoption of AI ethics and compliance standards across the organization.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a deep focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience designing high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems for production workloads.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of mentoring senior engineering talent.
