Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable infrastructure for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multi-Agent systems targeting 2026 capabilities.
- Lead the design of proprietary neural architectures that optimize for energy efficiency and inference speed.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI roadmaps into executable technical specifications.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance across all AI training and deployment pipelines.
- Conduct rigorous performance benchmarking and optimization of model latency and throughput.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and C++ with proven experience deploying models at scale.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and vector databases.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
