Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business objectives into actionable technical strategies and architectural blueprints.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect robust, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data and high-frequency transactions.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing interfaces and Neuromorphic engineering, to integrate into our core stack.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a high-performing team of software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, security experts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business goals.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor system health, performance metrics, and resource utilization to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure all architectural decisions comply with global data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale AI deployments.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and leading teams through complex digital transformations.
