Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and lead the technical strategy for the 2026 Horizon AI ecosystem, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- System Design: Design robust, high-performance neural network architectures and cloud infrastructure capable of handling massive data streams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Integration: Translate cutting-edge research papers into scalable production code and prototype viable solutions.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy in accordance with global standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, security experts, and stakeholders to deliver feature-rich, reliable software products.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimizations for latency and throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Specialization: Strong background in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, high-performing engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve unstructured problems and think critically about system scalability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
