Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Ecosystem: Design a scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and real-time inference.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends for the year 2026.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and security experts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into client-facing products.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies, including quantum computing interfaces and neuromorphic hardware.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture teams.
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models and NLP applications.
