As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will define the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, optimize model performance, and mentor a team of brilliant engineers. Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable machine learning systems and large language models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model deployment, and MLOps pipelines.
- Conduct research on cutting-edge AI techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in building production-grade AI/ML applications.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Proven track record of deploying models that handle high-scale traffic.
