Responsibilities
- Design and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines and scalable AI architectures for high-volume data processing.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Optimize existing neural network models for improved latency, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers to define the technical vision and long-term AI strategy.
- Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and model governance.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research to integrate state-of-the-art techniques into our production stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems that handle millions of requests.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
