Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation AGI frameworks capable of recursive self-improvement.
- Lead the integration of quantum computing elements into deep learning models.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI agents in real-world environments.
- Research and prototype novel neural interface technologies.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-throughput edge computing.
- Mentor a team of elite machine learning engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or Physics.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust with experience in high-performance computing.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Experience with quantum algorithms or quantum hardware integration.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and generative models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
