Responsibilities
- Architect 3-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through stakeholder presentations
- Develop patent portfolios for at least 3 breakthrough innovations annually
- Establish industry partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and leading academic institutions
- Present findings at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, TechCrunch Disrupt)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic futures planning
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record of launching 3+ commercialized tech innovations
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and quantum computing architectures
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q#)
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
